 I’ve noticed that a lot of people are getting into stocks right now. I guess because it can be done so easily on our phones and so cheap. With Public, when you sign up you get a free stock. They give you about 9 to pick from. They’re worth up to $50. You can choose to invest as little as $1. Of course that won’t buy a whole stock, but it will buy you a share. A share is a piece. If you get savvy with stocks, you can get a regular income from it, depending on how much you invest. Some stocks pay out dividends, a small amount to their investors. This can be done monthly, every 3 months, 6, 9, or annually. Public also has a feature that’s a bit different from other stock apps. You can converse with other investors. When you buy sell or trade a stock it’s posted for others to see. This is probably the easiest stock app I’ve found. Like most of the other apps and site I do reviews on, this one is free to start. I personally hate surveys. And I honestly assume everyone does. But with that being said, I love surveyjunkie. I know, contradicting. But this is they only paid survey app I’ve ever tried, liked, and continue to use. The minimum cash out is 500 points, equivalent to $5. You can cash out to a verified PayPal, linked bank account, or gift cards. When you do cash out to PayPal, it’s almost always instant but can take up to two hours. What’s so great about this app you may be wondering? Well for one, if you’ve ever tried surveys then you know a lot of times you get “disqualified” soon after starting which means no pay. But with survey junkie even if you get disqualified you still get points. It’s only a few but better than none.  Acorns is absolutely lovely. Ever heard of passive income? This is it. Kind of. Passive income is money that comes in on its own basically. With acorns, you can do that. It’s a savings app, but you can withdraw your money whenever you’d like. It’s very affordable, the cheapest subscription is $1 a month, the second is $3 a month and the third is $5 a month. The lite subscription costing only $1, is pretty basic. You can make reoccurring deposits, allow round-ups with your change, and the best part, acorns puts your money into investments for you. It does all the work. The $3 plan includes that, but also a retirement account. That’s pretty self explanatory. Save up for retirement!
